The Process
01. Introduction
First! – we’d like to get to know you and your brand’s values. It all starts with a conversation. Let’s hop on the phone or zoom call to hear your ideas, mission, and vision. We can do this at no cost to you.
02. Proposal + Strategy
After we have an idea of your vision, we’ll move forward by drawing up a proposal. The proposal will include a strategy and list of services that we think will best support your success.
03. Free Quote
After we’ve agreed upon a project scope, we’ll provide you with a quote. The quote will be broken down by service for easy understanding. Payment depends on specific project needs, and we always strive to meet you within budget.
04. Mood Board
After we’ve moved into an agreement, you will be provided with visuals and a mood board to confirm that we are on the same page in regards to the tone of your brand. At this stage, you may receive a round of concept sketches to get the ball rolling.
05. Design
The strategy will be fueled by creative design! – guided by the mood board, references, inspiration, and vision. Expect to see in-progress presentations to keep you involved from start to finish.
06. Launch + Delivery
After the final designs are approved, we can move forward by delivering the files formatted to meet your needs and / or prep on how-to-use your new product. We also offer direction in regards to launching the final product.
