Anishka, founder of GBK, coined the word ‘Knature’ to explain an innate knowing of the natural world. An avid vintage huntress and jewelry collector, her self-taught entry into jewelry design started from her love of repurposing her own pieces. She decided to launch her first brand, which was a collection of repurposed designer vintage jewelry, Indian and Asian adornments, fashioned with the concept of spiritual freedom and the unification of universal symbols. From there, Gypsy by Knature was born, and Anishka evolved into custom designing and manufacturing her own pieces. Anishka boldly blends unexpected elements for an unconventional approach to jewelry, fashion, beauty and interiors.
