Graphic Art & Illustration

I’ve been drawing all my life, and after studying at Pratt Institute, I transitioned to primarily graphic art and illustration as my medium. I love working in programs like Procreate and Adobe Illustrator to bring my ideas to life. With professional experience collaborating with solopreneurs on book covers and creating promotional material for large organizations, I’m passionate about turning concepts into visual stories. If my style resonates with you, let’s collaborate and bring your vision to life!

Nicole Margaret | 2019-2021

I had the privilege of collaborating with Nicole Margaret on a series of graphic paintings for her book covers, which chronicle her journey through endometriosis, self-discovery, and reclaiming wellness in mind, body, and spirit. Each painting captures a different location that holds deep significance for Nicole—places where she lived, spent transformative time, and ultimately found healing. Through these illustrations, we aimed to inspire and empower other women on similar journeys, reflecting the beauty and resilience in Nicole’s story.

Christ Fellowship | 2021

I had the opportunity to create a series of illustrations for the children’s program at Christ Fellowship, designed to bring Bible stories to life with a modern twist. These poster-sized illustrations, displayed in hallways and classrooms, reimagine the characters and narratives in a way that makes them more relatable for today’s young audiences. Each piece was crafted to engage children in a meaningful way, helping them connect with the stories on a deeper level while maintaining the timeless messages of faith and inspiration.

Receptive Giving | 2020-2024

Over the years, I’ve been developing my unique illustration style, which began with pencil and ink on paper. I would scan my drawings with an old printer in my college dorm and then enhance them in Photoshop. Today, I have invested in new technology, allowing me to illustrate in Procreate and convert my digital creations into graphics in Adobe Illustrator. This new approach has given me a sense of freedom in my art. While I still start with pencil sketches, I now render them digitally, creating illustrations that retain a whimsical, organic, ink-like feel. Explore more of my work in my online store.

‘Stay Golden’ Commission | 2017

Aleksandria approached me with a heartfelt vision for an illustration for her girlfriend’s birthday, featuring their beloved pets. She wanted the piece to be playful yet meaningful, incorporating the phrase “Stay Golden” to inspire her girlfriend to rise above life’s challenges. Knowing her partner’s struggle with depression, I used snow to symbolize the cold and loneliness that often accompany despair, with a central figure reconnecting to her heart space as a source of light and warmth in the midst of it all.
