Time on the mat
is medicine.

My life has become a walking meditation — rich with community, presence, and the quiet discipline that only yoga can teach.

My Story

Yoga saved my life.
And I mean that.

I came to yoga the way many do — searching. What I found was far more than I expected. It kept me steady when everything else felt uncertain. It connected me back to my body, back to my breath, back to myself.

Yoga taught me patience. Slowness. Discipline. It showed me what true health of mind, body, and spirit actually feels like — not as a destination but as a daily practice, a way of moving through the world.

I completed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 and have been teaching ever since — leading classes, workshops, and figure drawing gatherings designed to merge mindfulness with creative expression. I am currently completing my 300-hour training with additional hours completed with respected teachers including Abbie Galvin, Elena Brower, and Sarah Powers.

My body is healthy. My mind knows how to return to center. And my life has become rich with community — all thanks to yoga.

Yin Yoga

Slow down.
This is where
the magic lives.

Yin yoga was the missing piece. It gave me a roadmap for living with the seasons — practicing patience, acceptance, and true surrender. It was the perfect complement to the flow I already loved.

Where vinyasa builds heat and strength, yin goes deeper. It works with the connective tissue — the fascia, the joints, the places we can't simply muscle through. It's a calm strength. A different kind of power.

Weaving yin in to support vinyasa, hatha, and restorative practices helps us gain the flexibility and mobility our bodies are truly craving. And that deep stretch doesn't just open our bodies — it opens our minds too, releasing deep emotions and memories for cleansing and presence.

This is what drew me in. This is what I now love to teach.
