Meet Katy
Katy is a multi-talented creative soul who blends the worlds of graphic design and yoga with a touch of artistic flair. With a strong foundation in design acquired at Pratt Institute, Katy has honed her skills in communication design and embarked on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth through yoga.
As a devoted yogi, Katy has deepened her practice through a 200-hour teacher training, immersing herself in the study of various yoga styles, including yin yoga, hatha, vinyasa, meditation, and some Katonah yoga methods. With a thirst for knowledge, she has dedicated over 50 additional hours to learning from esteemed teachers, such as Elena Brower, Sarah Powers, and Abbie Galvin, expanding her understanding of these holistic practices.
An artist by trade, Katy finds solace and inspiration in creating art during her free time. Her unique perspective, honed through the lens of a graphic designer and yogi, shines through her graphic-art pieces.
